I was looking for former military special operations types with some very unique classified skills. I’d exhausted all my networking connections, and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to maintain the contract. A friend, and competitor told me of MatchForce. He said that I’d be surprised at the data base of unique qualifications they maintain. I contacted MatchForce and talked with one of their Associates. She analyzed my needs and requirements and within 3 hours provided a solution. Thanks to MatchForce I maintained the contract without any loss of continuity or deduction of performance awards.

Senior Vice President, Government Contractor

Is working for a contract staffing company right for you?
There are many flexible, lucrative positions available that may be perfect for your talents and career ambitions. Many times we can offer three types of employment: contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement. In many cases, you can actually make more money doing contract work with a staffing company than you can with a permanent position.

How do I get started?
As always, we make this process easy. Simply complete the candidate registration on our site and we’ll contact you. If you would rather contact MatchForce for further information, please feel free. We’d love to talk with you.

Who pays for this recruiting service, the hiring company or me?
There are no costs involved in either registering with us, or working through us. Organizations who partner with us to find talented employees pay for the service.

How long do the assignments last?
The length of the assignment varies according to our client company's needs. Some are short-term; some are long-term. We work to match the right person with the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the assignments are subject to our client's needs.

How and when am I paid?
The method of payment depends largely on the type of working arrangement you are sourced on. Typical contract employees are based on the number of hours worked and the positions pay rate; in some cases contract employees are paid a salary and direct placement employees are paid in accordance with our client company's payroll policies.

How does the timesheet process work?
At the beginning of your assignment, you will be issued a user name and password to our Associates portal where you will complete your timesheets throughout the duration of your contract. You need to complete these weekly and have them approved by your line manager at the end of each week.

Will my details be made available to anyone other than MatchForce staff?
Your details will not be disclosed to any other company outside of MatchForce. From time to time you may receive information about other MatchForce services unless you notify us that you do not wish to receive these.

What types of contracts am I likely to be offered?
The array of positions that we offer depends largely upon the needs and requirements of our clients at any given time. If we believe these posts match your skills, location and preference for work, we will be happy to discuss both permanent and temporary contracts with you which may entail either full-time or part-time work.

The types of jobs that we contact you about depend also upon what types of information you provide us with at the time of registration. For example, we will match you as closely as possible to the skill set that you provide us with and we will also only contact you in regard to jobs that are in areas in which you tell us you are willing to work.
