“I was referred to MatchForce 3 months ago to become an associate and am very happy I did. They’ve been extremely helpful, professional and approachable. Their business is ideal for ex Police Officers, like me, who are receiving a government pension.”
Retired Police SGT. - Idaho

How will you assess suitable work for me?
During your interview, we will have discussed your abilities and preferences and assessed your skills. When determining a suitable temp for a booked assignment, we take into consideration this discussion, and re-visit your interest and availability.
What is the procedure prior to an assignment?
When a client contacts us with an assignment which is suitable for you, we will contact you and discuss:
- The nature of the position and the skills required
- The hours of work and length of the assignment
- The location and specific address of the company, and who you are to report to
- The hourly rate you will be paid
- The appropriate standard of dress and presentation
- Any background information we have on the client that may be relevant and useful
- Where practical, on the first day of your first assignment, a member of the MatchForce team will personally introduce you to the client
What if I don’t like or have some concerns regarding the assignment?
You must contact your recruiter as soon as practical, discuss your concerns and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you have to finish, the nature of our agreement means you only have to give 48 hours notice if the assignment is less than a week, a week’s notice for longer assignments.
I have a number of questions regarding my assignment, who should I speak to?
Your first point of contact should always be the recruiter or resource that you have been dealing with on your particular assignment. If he or she is not available, please ask to speak to a team leader who will be able to resolve your questions.
I have a question regarding my pay, who should I speak to?
The first point of contact for pay questions should be your recruiter as they are responsible for processing your pay. Should they not be able to help, please escalate to your regional Operations Director who should be able to resolve the matter.
My assignment is coming to an end, what happens next?
As you near the end of your contract, MatchForce will be speaking to the client involved to see if there is a need to extend it further. If this is the case and it fits in with you own personal requirements, we will issue you a contract extension for the next period. Even before your current job finishes, our recruiters will be working to make sure your next exciting opportunity is lined up and ready for you.
